Company Default Visual

Introduction and orientation

The company fallback static image the system uses when no suitable non-commercial content is available or when no campaign is published to the device.

In the advertising loop it is used as safe filler when no mandatory commercial display is due and no suitable non-commercial campaign is available. If you do not replace it, the default system visual remains configured.

Download default visuals

Download the original default system visuals to upload them again in your company settings. Choose the file that matches the screen orientation.

Steps and settings

  1. Choose the default fallback image.

    Open your own company settings. In Default Visual, click the pencil icon and upload the image you want to use as fallback content.

    The Default Visual supports a static image only. Video, GIF or other media types cannot be used here.
